Fixing The BeatsX Not Turning On Issue: A 5 Step Guide

  • Step 1: Reset BeatsX

You first need to hold down the power button and volume down button simultaneously for about 10 seconds. After this, release both buttons until the LED indicator light flashes. After this, put Beats X next to your phone and press the power button for 2 seconds to connect. If this didn’t work, then see step 2.

  • Step 2: Update your phone OS to the latest version.

The Apple Beats Support team introduced this tip. You need to upgrade the iPhone to the latest iOS. This may easily work for you. Still, for any cause, if this didn’t work, then follow us on step 3.

  • Step 3: Fix the loose wire.

In this step, you need to pinch the rubber base connecting the power button of your beats to the charger port and then stroked it from the charger port to the power button. We came to this technique from an iFixit thread.

  • Step 4: Call Apple Technical Support.

This is the simplest step where you should contact apple customer service at 1-800-676-2775. The team would then assign you with a technical assistant that may assist you virtually on the phone. The team will first ask for your BeatsX serial number, and then they will ask you to follow the instruction to reset the device.

  • Step 5: Take your BeatsX to the apple genius bar for a check.

This could probably be your last option. You should be calm and listen to geniuses regarding what they say about your device. They will tell you what to do if your device is defective, i.e., to send it back to the factory for repair. They will provide you with a form in which you need to fill in your address, and after some days, you will receive another BeatsX that works perfectly.
