To print PDF files in bulk, you need to open Windows Explorer, list, and select all PDF files. In the next step, you need to visit any PDF file, right-click on it and select the option “Print.”
How to print PDF files in the bulk step by step:
- Step 1: Open Windows Explorer
To open Windows Explorer and locate the concerned PDF Files, press “Win-E.”
- Step 2: List all PDF files
Move all the concerned PDF Files in a single folder.
You can also click the topmost folder and enter “type: pdf” in the Windows Explorer search bar. Make sure you do it without quotes.
Next, a list of PDF files will be displayed on the screen under that folder.
- Step 3: Select PDF files
Long hold the “Ctrl” key and click up to 15 PDF files for selecting them.
- Step 4: Print PDF files in bulk
Visit any PDF File and right-click on it.
Select the “Print” option to print all the selected files automatically.
Note that you will be unable to select more than 15 PDFs at once. If you are willing to print more than 15 PDFs, repeat the same method and select the unprinted PDFs.
